“I purchased a Coop in Park Slope in Sept last year and I used Sherlock Homes. I can’t recommend them highly enough. They knocked down two walls and replaced one in a new location. Did electrical work, some plumbing, built closets, installed cabinets, tiles back splash, painted, sanded and coated the floors. They were fast, reliable and always on time. They have all the right insurance and documents for Coops etc.

They were reasonably priced and so great to work with, I can’t recommend them enough.”

“I have a property in Rockaway Beach, NY that was damaged by flood water from Hurricane Sandy. It involved demo, air out, mold treatment prevention and complete renovation of first floor (kitchen, bath, living room, dining room and garage). Replacment of all electrical, heating units, ac condensers, hwh, plumbing, sheet rock, doors, tile flooring, entire kitchen and bath. All work was done on time, on budget (extremely reasonable and worked with me to meet my budget limits) by Damian Sherlock and his great team (Ivan and Jimmy on construction and Vee and his crew on plumbing and electrical) at Sherlock Homes Interior Corp.

“I just used Damian Sherlock of, wait for it, Sherlock Homes Interior. We were very happy. We renovated a small bathroom in a Chelsea brownstone and he did it at a reasonable price and finished under time. His guys worked so hard and left the place clean every day. He did a small project for me in my apartment, stayed on budget, finished AHEAD of time, and always cleaned the site after each day’s work better than any previous contractors. However, the best part of hiring Sherlock Holmes was that their work was PERFECT. Actually, I hired him after seeing the excellent job he did in fully renovating my friend’s 2 bedroom apartment. I do not use the descriptors “perfect” and “excellent” easily as I have very high expectations. Damian lived up to those expectations and I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”

Damian, Ivan, and Jimmy did a great job renovating our 3-bedroom apartment in Astoria. We recently moved into a cooperative with strict rules and guidelines but Damian and his team were able to work with the management company to meet our expectations. They promptly responded to our requests, for example, when we didn’t like the color of an accent wall, they painted over it. They also worked with us to fix any pending issues we had. When countertop delays occurred, they were willing to work on the weekends to meet the moving deadline. When we had an emergency electrical issue on a Friday night, Damian got back to us the same night and sent us an electrician early Saturday morning. This shows he and his team are willing to walk the extra mile for his clients. I would recommend this team on future renovations as they were professional, timely, and easy going. His price included several materials that other contractors would have charged extra for.”
